Schedule a free 15-minute consultation by booking directly on our calendar below. You can also reach us by phone, email, or our contact form. Please note that we are out-of-network providers, but we can provide a Superbill to submit directly to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We accept HSA cards.

What to Expect After You Reach Out

When you reach out or schedule a free consultation, our Clinical Director will follow up with you.


The phone consultation is an opportunity to share what's going on, ask questions about our approach, and get an honest read on whether we're the right fit. You don't need to have the perfect words to say or know exactly what you need. We guide you through the whole process.


If it feels right, we'll match you with the therapist who fits your situation best and help you schedule your first session promptly. Our goal is to make the process of getting help as easy as possible, from start to finish.

Session Fees

Houston Healing Collective is a private-pay practice. While we do not bill insurance directly, we can provide a Superbill to submit directly to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. All fees are listed below by therapist.

We are required by law to provide a good faith estimate upon request. See the No Surprises Act section below.

Individual Therapy, 60 minutes: $230

Family & Couples Therapy, 50 minutes: $230

Initial Assessment, 60 minutes: $230

Initial Assessment, 90 minutes (required for ketamine services): $325 

Ketamine Therapy (Therapy Portion Only), 2 hrs: $400 

Ketamine-Assisted EMDR (Therapy Portion Only): $230/hour

Group and Supervision Rates

Ketamine therapy fees above reflect the therapy portion only. Medical fees, including physician evaluation and medication administration, are billed separately by the medical provider. We provide a complete breakdown during the intake process.

Insurance And Payment

Insurance and Payment

We are not in-network with any insurance panels. Choosing not to bill insurance directly gives us more flexibility in the care we provide and helps protect your privacy.



Out-of-network reimbursement

After each session, we provide an itemized receipt called a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts vary by plan. We recommend calling your insurance provider before your first session to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits and what they require for reimbursement.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards.


Cancellation policy

We ask that you provide advance notice if you need to cancel so we can offer the time to another client.

  1. Individual, family, and couples sessions: 24-hour advance notice required
  2. Group therapy and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy sessions: 48-hour advance notice required
  3. Sessions cancelled outside the required notice window will be charged the full session fee.

Your right to a Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, effective January 1, 2022, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost before you begin.

  1. As a healthcare provider, we are required to provide patients who are uninsured or who are not using insurance with an estimate of the expected charges for our services.
  2. You have the right to:
  3. Receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services, including psychotherapy
  4. Receive this estimate in writing at least one business day before your scheduled service
  5. Dispute a bill if your final charges are $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate
